Disabled Visitors / Parking:

The site does have wheelchair-accessible toilet facilities and a Space to Change toilet. We must stress that the event parking will be mainly on sloping, uneven grassed and mixed-surface areas. Those who use a wheelchair or with limited mobility may find accessing the toilet and catering facilities at the event difficult, so please keep this in mind when booking to attend.

If you have a disabled parking badge, please show this on arrival at the venue. Our marshals will direct you to a parking position as close to the disabled toilet facilities as possible at your time of arrival. Please note, although we have some dedicated disabled parking areas and will endeavour to park you in the best position we cannot guarantee this due to the nature of the event and numbers that may attend.

Covid Information:

If you’ve tested positive, are experiencing symptoms, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for Coronavirus within 10 days of Saturday 6th November 2021, please DO NOT attend the event. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Arrival at the Venue

Please arrive in good time for the event on Saturday 6th November 2021 and note the following event timings. Late arrivals may not be admitted to the venue. The earlier you arrive, the better-positioned parking space you will have and the sooner you will be able to exit.

You must bring your printed ticket or a clear screenshot of your ticket saved to your mobile device. You will need to hold your ticket or device up to the window of your vehicle so that it can be scanned and validated by the security team.

We will then direct you to your own parking space by our team. Please note you must arrive in a vehicle for this event, do not come on foot.

Event Timings:

Gates open: 3pm

Last entry: 7pm

Fireworks start: 7:30pm

Once You Have Parked:

Once you have parked, we request that occupants remain within or close to their vehicle prior to the display, except when accessing toilet or catering facilities when we would encourage the wearing of a face mask/covering unless you are exempt.

Please be careful moving around the site whilst vehicles are still entering and parking prior to the fireworks beginning if you wish to access the site toilets or the food and drink vendors in attendance.

Please stay in or stand in front of your vehicle when the fireworks display begins, respecting distance to other groups. Please do not gather with other groups or move away from your vehicle.

At the current time, Coronavirus restrictions have been eased but should this change prior to the event we will update you on any changes on how the event will run in response. We will contact you via the email address you used to book your tickets to communicate any changes to essential event information.

The concept of the event allows for safe social distancing between groups and is held entirely outdoors which lessens the risk of Covid transmission should government guidance be amended.

In the spirit of current guidance please only individual family bubbles attend the event within one vehicle. Limit socialising with anyone outside of your vehicle group.

Please wash and/or sanitise your hands regularly.

Once the Event is Over:

Once the fireworks are over our team will direct you safely off the site. Please DO NOT move your vehicle without being directed. It is essential that we direct vehicles off-site in a steady, controlled way which will ensure everyone can leave as quickly as possible. Your patience is appreciated, and your safety is of paramount importance to us.

Things to remember:

Bring cosy warm coats, wellies, gloves, and hats.

Food and Drink available will be available to buy from a range of vendors.

Bring face coverings in case you need to use the toilet.

Please take all litter home with you for safe disposal/recycling.

Please leave your pets at home!

No sparklers or Fireworks of any description to be brought or used on site.

BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE:

If the event is postponed due to any revisions in government policy regarding such events, then all tickets will remain valid for the new date, so you can book with confidence.
